It has a characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of olive fruit, freshly cut grass, green cherry, artichoke and tomato. High quality oil, harmoniously balanced by its excellent fruit, refined bitterness and precise pungency.

Olive oil of a higher category obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes. Cold pressing.

The oil is suitable for cooking. We recommend it with pasta, rice, red and white meat, fish, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
